Pippa & Mez
It’s just the two of us – Pippa & Mez, both ex-Account Handlers turned Headhunters. We specialise purely in Account Handling opportunities, at all levels from Account Executive to Managing Partner. It’s what we both used to do, so we feel we’re in a good position to genuinely understand the opportunities and challenges associated with the discipline. We’ve been fortunate enough to build a great balance of Clients, from big network agencies to small independent agencies. They represent some of London’s most creative and awarded businesses, and it’s an absolute privilege to enjoy very trusted, long-serving and valued relationships with them.We have a strong reputation in placing the right people with the right agency. With our broad and diverse network, we represent some of the best talent in the industry, working with them throughout their careers. We are fiercely proud of the way we do business. Above everything, we strive to consistently deliver with integrity, honesty and good humour.
I began my advertising career in account handling at Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper (now Havas) and CHI&Partners. With 8 years under my belt I wanted to try something a little different, but still wanting to keep my foot in the ad industry. I moved into Recruitment in 2006 and haven’t looked back.
Now with 13 years, I have in-depth experience matching the right talent with the right creative agency. An intuitive matchmaker!
I’m incredibly proud of Future Talent Partners and it’s thanks to Our Clients with whom we have built long and trusting relationships with and superb talent who makes us who we are today.

Mez

Prior to becoming a headhunter, I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have spent 14 years working at some fantastic agencies, such as Grey, Havas, Brothers&Sisters, Dare and WCRS amongst others.
Not only did these agencies afford me exposure to a range of different businesses and industries, but also gave me some unforgettable experiences with some amazing people – many of which I now class as dear friends.
As my career progressed, I found myself increasingly enjoying the ‘talent’ side of things, from running the grad recruitment schemes, to the general career development of those that I worked with.
It is for this reason that when the opportunity to team up with Pippa, I took the decision to take my career in a slightly different direction.
